Update coming this Friday
Wow, last week went by....fast. Guess playing Secret Rings and writing up a big interview for Sonic Stadium isn't a great way to remember to get a comic page lettered. It'll be done this week though.

Better late then never....
The first chapter of episode 2 is being uploaded as I type. I admit, it's not much of a release in and of itself, but it's something! All of episode 2 was meant to be released at once in the beggining, so the story will be moving a long slowly for a little while. Expect regular updates for the next two weeks, then another released on March 21st. This release is only seven pages long.
Nevertheless, hope you enjoy! Let me know what you think. It was drawn by Sonic Fanatic, lettered by Airlight.

All Systems are go! Almost.....
Ok, the date is here, so are we gonna show anything? Most likely, unless a problem comes up. The first chapter of the second issue appears to be ready and good to go, so unless something comes up (like discovering a last minute problem with the pages tha needs to be corrected) we should be launching the first chapter today. Expect chapter 2 up in about a week, and chapter 3 up the week afterwards.
We still have openings for artists if anyone's interested. Contact me at ajpeal@earthlink.net if you wish to join. Be sure to send a representative piece of what you can do.

The comic is coming along....
I just got a new page from Netraptor today, and I have to say, they get awesomer and awesomer with every page.
This comic, overall, is coming along quite smoothly at the moment. Despite the numerous delays of issue 2, things are actually going better then I'd hoped. The main reason why the first part of issue 2 hasn't even been released yet is the lettering: at the moment, the lettering on the pages leaves much to be desired, mostly because the letterer was rushed in an attempt to make the original November 22nd date. I am currently rewriting the script to make sure the dialog flows better from panel to panel, and matches the art on the page. I hate making my letterers re-letter stuff, but hey....we want to put out a quality product for you guys, don't we? ^^
For those of you whom never caught the update on the now dead Sonic Blue website, the new release date for issue 2 is February 22nd. You can see the cover over on the right, drawn by the brilliant artistic prodigy Airlight. The issue will be released in four separate comics monthly. If everything goes according to plan, issue 3 will be released shortly after issue 2's big finale. And when I say big, I mean big. Big punching crunching SUPER big. Be there. Or be a boon. And trust me, you do NOT want to be a boon.
In any case, I hunger for any and all feed back. If you want to tell me what you think of this comic so far, just drop me a line here on the boards. I want to know what eveyone thinks.
