Sega GT Online looks very promising. Fans of this type of genre have a lot to look forward to with this new title.
 Sega has well established itself in the racing/driving scene with their previous Sega GT titles, and they're not about to quit.
Their latest title Sega GT Online, will offer all that made the previous great and more. This time around you'll also be able to show off both your driving skills and the ride itself. Using Xbox Live you will be able to strap in and take on 11 other thirsty riders from around the globe. What makes this even better is the ability to trash talk the whole way through using the Xbox Live's voice chat option.
Some of the other nice additions are such things like the ability to exchange parts and goods over the Internet. There are also rummors about a garage auction house mode, where you will be able to auction off you stuff to others. You will have the option to invite someone or visit their garage and talk some money.
Definately cool additions to an already solid game. Even without Xbox Live the game looks promising with tons of new roads, weather effects, time trigered events and new cars. Sega GT Online now offers 165 top-of-the-line race cars from 25 different manufacturers. All ready to be driven in their factory standard modes or customized to your hearts content.
Amongst those there are 40 new cars that are added. I'm most excited about the new Mazda RX8, which has been chosen as the games main theme car. It will be interesting to see how this thing runs in the digital world.
Sega GT Online will offer six incredible Modes: Sega GT 2002, Quick Battle, Chronicle Mode, Time Attack, and Gathering Mode, and Online Mode. The online mode probably being the funest although all the others will also keep you happily busy.
The game was also designed with good sound in mind because afterall what is a drive without some good beats. The title comes with a great licensed and customizable soundtrack featuring songs from more than 40 alternative indie, garage, punk, ska, and rock bands.
Sega GT Online looks very promising. Fans of this type of genre have a lot to look forward to. The game looks like it will stay true to its roots but also offer tons of new ways to spend time with. As always the online factor just makes things better and this games options look very solid. Sega GT Online is scheduled to hit the Xbox early December. Just in time for the holidays.
