Tetsuya Mizigushi's acclaimed rhythm based rail shooter is coming to Microsoft's online service. It has been revealed by James Mielke's 1UP Blog that Rez will soon be coming to Xbox Live. It is unknown when it will happen, but you can bet we'll get the game before the end of the year.
Rez was a Panzer Dragoon-esque rhythm based rail shooter made for the Dreamcast and released in Europe and Japan in 2000. The game won an award for it's artistic implementation wire frame graphics. The game was later released in America on the Playstation 2. It has obtained a strong cult following, and the game itself is very difficult to find to this day. While I try to keep such things out of news posts, I don't believe I need to tell you: you must pick this game up when it comes out. You should and you will. It was an excellent game.
